Noodles and Fried Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 small packet Ramen
  • noodles
  • 1 tbsp Hotchaa! Chilli Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar or
  • Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • Oil as required

Method

Cook your noodles according to package instructions and drain. Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat, then add in the green onion and garlic and sauté lightly. Reduce the heat to low on the pan, then add in the soya sauce, coconut sugar or brown sugar, Hotchaa! Chilli Oil and rice vinegar, and mix together. Add the noodles into the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated. Taste and adjust any seasoning if needed. Fry the egg till the sides are crisp but the yolk is runny. Place the noodles in a bowl and slide the egg over them. Drizzle with more Hotchaa! and enjoy!
