Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Hotchaa! Chilli Oil
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, or as required
- Oil for pan frying
Method
Slice the chicken breasts into strips. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Hotchaa! Chilli Oil, soya sauce, and mix well. Dip the chicken strips into the mixture and then dredge with the Panko breadcrumbs. Finish all the chicken strips, then heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the prepared chicken for three to four minutes on each side, till golden and crunchy. Enjoy!
