Ingredients
- 3 Slices Bread
- Butter
- 4 Cheese slices
- HOTCHAA! Chilli Oil
Method
Spread some Hotchaa! Chilli Oi on a plate. Dip a slice of bread in it, coating both sides well. Set aside. Now place another slice of bread on a flat surface and put two slices of cheese on it. Cover with the chilli oil dipped slice and put two more slices of cheese, then put one more slice of bread on the top. Now butter the outside of the top and bottom slices and cook on a pan till crisp and brown. Slice the sandwich into half and enjoy!
