“Necessity is the mother of invention”

Our OG chilli oil was created one fateful evening, when a lonely platter of dimsums demanded a delicious companion. What followed was the creation of a condiment that played nicely with everything we threw its way, from Spaghetti to Samosas. We soon realized that a homegrown recipe that saw so much love from family and friends simply had to be shared with the world, and just like that, Hotchaa! was born – we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We now have a range of unique chilli oil and hot sauce variants offering a burst of flavour and spice for chilli lovers to elevate any meal.

Hotchaa! is a product from Anali Enterprises LLP, a family run business operated by mother and daughter duo – Anita and Alisha.

By turns, a chilli-oil connoisseur, a culinary enthusiast, a loveable oddball, and not least, an embodiment of the maxim that we could all use some more spice in our lives. But don’t let his whimsical demeanor fool you – Bomba is wise as he is wide, and all that spice-fuelled wisdom has trickled over time into the hallowed chilli-oil he stewards with a dutiful eye but a playful heart, all in service of doing something good for the world the only way he has ever known – through the potent magic of chillanthropy.
