Method
Toast a slice of sourdough or country bread on a pan with a drizzle of olive oil on both sides. Spoon some Hotchaa! Chilli Oil on to the pan and break an egg into it. Let it cook. Meanwhile, spread some garlic confit on to the toast, add a generous layer of cream cheese, and top with your avocado slices. Gently side the chilli fried egg over the avocados. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with more chilli oil.
