Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Diced Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Hotchaa! Chilli Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Method
Place the diced chicken in a bowl. Add the Hotchaa!, soya sauce and sesame oil. Mix well. Steam the broccoli and plunge into ice water to keep the colour fresh. In a pan, add a little oil and toss the marinated chicken in – stir fry till cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Add the honey and stir. In a bowl, arrange the rice, chicken and broccoli, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
