Hotchaa! is the story of two generations brought together by one shared obsession—great food.
Anita has always believed that the best food is about balance, where every ingredient has a purpose and flavour always comes first. Alisha brings the energy to dream bigger, challenge convention and share that philosophy with more people.
Together, we started Hotchaa! because we couldn't find the sauces we wanted to put on our own table. Every hot sauce we tried was either too vinegary, too sweet, or so fiery that it overpowered the food. We wanted to create sauces that celebrated flavour, using exceptional ingredients and the incredible chillies growing right here in India.
What began as experiments in Anita's kitchen soon became a shared mission. Every recipe was tasted, tweaked and argued over until it earned a place on our own dining table.
Today, every bottle of Hotchaa! reflects that same philosophy: bold, balanced flavour, real ingredients, and a deep respect for the remarkable Indian chillies that make each sauce unique.
We're still tasting every batch. Still learning. Still debating recipes. And still just as excited when someone tells us Hotchaa! has become a permanent fixture on their dining table.
We're not just building another sauce brand.
We're building appreciation for India's incredible chillies.
One day, we hope names like Byadgi, Lavangi and Teja are as familiar as the world's most celebrated peppers.
