Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Spray the cauliflower florets with low calorie spray, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic granules and rub in. Coat with the cornflour and spray well.
Air fry on 200C for 6-8 mins (depending on the size of the florets!). Cook for longer if they're bigger.
Remove the tray then pour over the sauce and coat well, then back in the air fryer on 200C for 1-2 mins.
Drizzle the sauce all over your cauliflower, serve with sesame seeds or spring onions.
