Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower florets
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 20g cornflour
  • Oil
  • 1 spring onion, slice
  • Optional: sesame seeds

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp siracha
  • 2 tbsp tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water

Method:

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  • Spray the cauliflower florets with low calorie spray, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic granules and rub in. Coat with the cornflour and spray well.
  • Air fry on 200C for 6-8 mins (depending on the size of the florets!). Cook for longer if they're bigger.
  • Remove the tray then pour over the sauce and coat well, then back in the air fryer on 200C for 1-2 mins.
  • Drizzle the sauce all over your cauliflower, serve with sesame seeds or spring onions.
