Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 tsp Hotchaa! Original Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp cumin Powder
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 chopped roasted bell pepper
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 5-6 eggs
- Salt and pepper
For the sauce
- ½ cup butter - melted
- ½ cup Hotchaa! Original Hot Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Method:
Combine all ingredients in part one. Shape into nuggets on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook at 200F for 20 mins. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a medium pan and add the remaining Buffalo sauce ingredients. Whisk while bringing to a gentle simmer Take out the chicken nuggets,, toss with buffalo sauce & enjoy!
