Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) block of feta, room temperature
- ¼ cup plain cream
- cheese, room
- temperature
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup green olives,
- whole or roughly chopped
Method
Blend the feta, olive oil, garlic, salt and cream cheese in a mixer or hand blender. Once the feta and ingredients are whipped until almost smooth, spoon the creamy mixture onto a cheese board or platter. Spread it out a little bit and then top with Hotchaa Bhut Hot Sauce and sliced olives. Sprinkle the oregano. Serve this scoopable spread with naan or pita bread, or pita chips. Enjoy!
