Looking for a showstopping appetiser that comes together in minutes? This Chilli Feta Board is creamy, bold, and packed with flavour — the kind of sharing plate that disappears fast at any gathering. The secret is simple: whipped feta as the base, good olives, and a generous drizzle of bold dipping sauces for sharing boards to tie every bite together.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) block of feta, room temperature
  • ¼ cup plain cream
  • cheese, room
  • temperature
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup green olives,
  • whole or roughly chopped

Method

Blend the feta, olive oil, garlic, salt and cream cheese in a mixer or hand blender. Once the feta and ingredients are whipped until almost smooth, spoon the creamy mixture onto a cheese board or platter. Spread it out a little bit and then top with Hotchaa Bhut Hot Sauce and sliced olives. Sprinkle the oregano. Serve this scoopable spread with naan or pita bread, or pita chips. Enjoy!
