HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  •  ½ kilo chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Hotchaa! Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Sauce :

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced.
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Hotchaa! Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili flakes.
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Garnish with 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped or green onions.

Method:

  • Season chicken with all chicken ingredients. Air fry or oven bake at 390 degrees F for 22-24 minutes. Flip over half way through. If oven baking add 5-8 minutes until brown and crispy.
  • Add the sauce ingredients to a pan. Heat sauce only enough to combine- do not cook the sauce just enough to heat up and combine. Add the wings or pour over the wings to coat each piece.
  • Garnish with parsley and green onions.
