Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and saute till soft. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic and bell peppers and cook till mushy. Add the salt, pepper and cumin.
Make small wells and break your eggs gently into them. Now crumble in the feta and cover the pan.
Cook for 3-4 mins or till the whites are set. Open the loid and drizzle generously with Hotchha! Truffle Hot Sauce. Garnish with basil or coriander and serve with toast.
