Ingredients
- 1 cup julienned mango
- 1 cup cooked rice vermicelli
- 4 rice wrappers (8.5-inch diameter)
- 2 carrots cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup purple cabbage, cut thin strips
- 2 leaves lettuce, shredded
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ⅓ tbsp chopped fresh Thai basil
- Hotchaa! Original Chilli Oil to taste
Method
Dip the rice paper in room temperature water & remove onto a wooden board. Place basil leaves in the centre, arrange sliced veggies, vermicelli & mango strips, top with coriander & mint. Drizzle with Hotchaa! OG Chilli Oil 🔥 Fold the bottom half, then fold the two sides in & finish rolling by folding upwards. Serve with Hotchaa! OG Chilli Oil as a dipping sauce or make our peanut sauce with Hotchaa! Enjoy!
