Ingredients
- HOTCHAA! Chilli Oil
- Gochujang
- Light Soy Sauce
- Peanut Butter
- Sesame Oil
- Water
- Chopped Leek
- Broccoli cut into Florets
- Chopped Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cooked Noodles
- Basil
Method
Spoon the Gochujang, Peanut Butter, Chilli Oil, Light Soya, Sesame Oil and water in a bowl. Mix well. Sautee the leek, broccoli and garlic in a pan. Add the sauce mix. Finally add the noodles and stir well. Toss in some garlic and sprinkle with some more chilli oil to add that final zing.
